Shipping Policy

All orders ship within 2-3 days of the order date from my home studio in Oakland Gardens, New York. Domestic orders can take anywhere between 1-7 business days to be delivered depending on your region within the United States.

If you need your items sooner, please check for optional shipping upgrades during checkout. If you do not see the shipping option that you need, please email me at hello@everleafdesigns.com to work something out.

For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Return Policy

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to hello@everleafdesigns.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your item to process any of the following:

• a full refund

• an exchange (for an item of equal value)

• store credit (to be used for a future order)

Please note that items must be returned in the condition you received it - in the original packaging, undamaged, and unused.

Once we receive the returned item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for processing. We will issue a refund back to your original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are not refunded.
